They sought a partner to install and configure a full Jitsi Meet server on Google Cloud Platform, rebrand the interface with their unique identity, and enable recording through Jibri integration. The Challenge
Addavox needed a robust and scalable video conferencing platform hosted on GCP that could fully reflect their brand identity while supporting advanced functionalities like session recording and live streaming. The challenge was to implement everything from installation to configuration with zero service interruptions and guarantee smooth integration of third-party tools such as Jibri for recording. Addavox also required a consistent user experience with customized themes, logos, and domain support.
Our Approach

Jitsi Installation & Setup on Google Cloud Platform
We deployed a secure, production-ready Jitsi Meet server on GCP. This involved configuring all necessary components like Prosody, Videobridge, and Coturn to ensure fault tolerance, scalability, and excellent call quality.
Full Rebranding According to Addavox’s Identity
Our team customized the Jitsi Meet interface by integrating Addavox’s logos, color scheme, and domain customization. This provided a seamless branded experience consistent with their corporate image.
Jibri Integration for Recording and Live Streaming
We installed and configured Jibri to enable high-quality recording of meetings and support live streaming sessions directly from the Jitsi platform, empowering Addavox users with flexible content capture and distribution.
